Where do you live ? Recommended : Train on men
Range 1-40 : your gear does not really matter at this moment, you can barely wield anything from the shop, but get some rune knifes from range shop and get 1-40 that way.
Now, you are at 40 range, you can wear rune crossbow, so do that, and you can wear green d hide.
Okay, so buy some dragon bolt's at the range shop, and go train on men until about 60. Now, it will be good if you have a high hp level, and bring some food. Buy some ruby bolts (e) from shop. Go to a man and train on him till you get to 80, and also wear black d hide.
Once you are at 80 ranging level, you will hit literally 1000s, giving you an amazing amount of xp each time, getting you to 99 quickly.
Hope you enjoyed, I know, its not the best guide, but it works.
